Wellmake Rotary Furnances are special designed furnaces in oil fired design suitable for roasting, baking, curing or heating of different type of metallic and non metallic chemicals of smaller sizes. The material is loaded from one fixed end in a hopper either manually or with bucket conveyour and it enters the revolving chamber kept at an inclination top horizontal plain. The material while moving gets processed and is discharged from the other fixed end in collecting bins below the furnace. The burner is generally mounted on the discharge end of furnance.These are cylindrical furnaces kept horizontally with two no. of riding rings provided along the length of furnace and these ring resting on foundation mounted rollers moving in antifriction bearing. The drive is provided either by a big gear or fabricated rack engaged with pinion and driven by motor through gear box. Air curtains and heat resisting friction seals are provided between fixed and rotating portions.
